I'm a professional from Plainfield, NJ focused on sustainable urban planning, zoning and urban design solutions in the New Jersey/New York area. I'm also the Founder and President of non-profit Downtown Plainfield Alliance and its associated zoning permitting solution Plainfield Permits. I've proudly assisted in the creation of eleven new zones, two transit villages and responsible for Plainfield's successful 2015 NJ Future Smart Growth Award application. I have extensive exposure to urban land use issues and a cum laude graduate in Urban Planning from The Bloustein School of Rutgers University. I'm also a NJ State Certified Zoning Official and working towards my NJ Professional Planners license, AICP license and LEED AP Neighborhood Development (ND) Certification.

Interests: Indoor Farming, Transit Oriented Development, Grassroots Planning, Sustainability, New Urbanism, Mass Transportation, Downtown Revitalization, Architecture, Environmentalism, Community Activism and the role Web Design and Marketing can play in redevelopment. Not to mention I've been keen of dinosaurs since 4-years old.

In my Netflix List: The Walking Dead, House of Cards and Narcos.

Goal: To be a role model for, and help rebuild my community through thoughtful and millennial-centric redevelopment. And to eat as many tacos as I can in my lifetime.
